Writing code since 1994

One developer.
Your whole system.

I build and run the platform your business runs on, from the booking page to the invoice to the firewall in the closet.

30 minutes, no pitch. I will say if I am not the right person.

This week: a grants pipeline for a consulting firm, a subscription checkout fix for a farm box, a firewall quote for a two-site office.

Four things, done properly.

01

Business systems

CRM, projects, booking, online store, invoicing, and automations that fit how you work, built on my own platform. No per-seat fees.
02

AI-built app review

Built it with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, or Cursor? I find the leaked keys, open databases, and broken logins before your customers do, then fix them.
03

Network security

Firewall, intrusion detection, and traffic records for commercial sites. Open tools on a box you own, no cloud subscription.
04

Websites

Fast, custom-built sites with a store, booking, and an AI you can talk to for edits. Hosted and maintained by the person who built them.

You talk to the person who writes the code.

I have been writing software since 1994, for large corporations, international clients, and now the shops, clinics, and trades around London. Everything I build runs on a platform I wrote myself, so there is no vendor to blame and nobody to wait on.

When something breaks, I fix it. When you have a question, I answer it. No account managers, no ticket queues, no call centre.

A few things I have built.

Business systems

Consulting firm, five service lines

Replacing Asana, Pipedrive, and Mailchimp with one system: CRM with departments, a pipeline holding over a thousand tasks, Microsoft 365 mail sync, QuickBooks, and a client portal.
Online store

Weekly subscription boxes

A box builder, pickup and delivery zones, Square checkout, tax handling, and automatic retries when a card fails.
Reservations

Tasting restaurant bookings

Shifts and table sizes, deposits at booking, a waitlist, and confirmation emails, with the front of house seating from a tablet.

Tell me what is broken, or what you want built.

A short note is enough. I reply myself, usually the same business day, and tell you plainly whether I am the right person for it.
